At South Somerset we are always looking for ways to improve. One way is Marshalling. We could do one of the following!

1,Stay as we are.

2, Have Marshals supplied from an outside source.

3, Have a Marshal Club. Club members who are a minimum of 16 years old can register to be paid Marshalls. This would benefit our members rather than an outside source but this is only workable if we have enough members registered to carry out marshalling duties.

Obviously the race fees would have to be increased to pay for these two options.

4, Have a register of members who are willing to carry out marshalling for riders under a private agreement between themselves.
