Can't praise this track enough, Quite compact, appears to have been built by someone who likes Supercross and as safe as motocross can be. On top of this it has a variety of challenges including plenty of table tops and whoops plus viewing is great and the place has a good atmosphere. It also suits beginners as there are no steep hills that the very young can find a struggle.
Very much hoping there will be enough track side volunteers to allow the autos to run the whole course.

September 26th at Landrake Round 15 of the St.Blazey MX South West Masters Championship , entries will be open in the following groups-
Expert Open - Senior Open - Junior Open - Junior 125/250f - 14 to 17 year old 125/250f and 10 to 13 85/150 large and small wheel. Just to let mitchells friends and any one concerned about mitchs eye accident at landrake. He has had surgery on his eye and is now at home. unfortunately the operation revealed some complications and all we can do is wait & see how well his eye recovers. The damage to his eye was much more seriuos than we first thought but we do have one of the top eye surgeons in the country looking after him. Now all we can do is hope and pray for the best possible outcome .All please be carefull as this happened while watching! Mitchell has got to take things easy and not do anything too vigorous until further notice so will soon be bored stiff! I'm sure he will be back on his bike as soon as is possible & will see you all again soon.

Last year, this track had a feature people were calling Mount Everest. Not sure if it is still there but I expect you can guess what it was like ( the auto riders went around it rather than over it last year)

well what a great weekend that was great thanks to all that turned out to support ty and headway massive thanks to all committee members wouldnt have gone so well with out all of your help thanks to roy barton and paddy from mcf for all there help and support thanks to carol nibbs ty &todd for putting up the trophy for most determined rider which was decided by carols brother & tys trainer and won by cassey williams.
i know that nibbs carol ty & todd were chuffed to bits with the meeting as was i ,i know there is e few people slating us and the track preperation i,e dust and watering but we are dammed if we do and dammed if we dont on a whole very a great days racing[ kane lamont 59 rookie awsome] a get well wish from all at south somerset to those riders and starters that were injured during the day once again thankyou all very much you made it what it was

Hi, i would just like to say what a great weekend at Enmore well done to everyone involoved. A big thank you from me to all the ladies that helped with the lap scoring and thank you to those of you that offered to help out on both days i really appreciate it. I would also like to say what great sportsmanship we saw today, there was a nasty crash in the amx and rider #48 Kevin Weeks turned around and parked his bike beside the rider to protect him, he lost places by doing this but didn't hesitate to protect another rider. I hope everyone enjoyed the weekend and hopefully see you all at Brookthorpe.

Congrats to the South Somerset committee and helpers for persevering at West Kennet under difficult conditions. Last weekends meeting was a long way from home for many yet the club put in a long day and a great show with three excellent blocks of racing. Perhaps we all need to think out of the box to solve this marshalling problem!

Good news about Jake, we really hope to see him on his bike again soon. Thanks for your comments on Marshalls, I agree with you, we are really trying very hard to make a go of this new direction with MCF, and have had quite alot of stick from other clubs for doing so, as a result we have been to soft on the marshalling but we cant go on like that ,at the moment the committee are doing far to much and we cant sustain it for to long. We need as much help from all the riders on marshalling and not excuses to get out of it. This club has a good team , help us to make this club the club it can be with MCF.Trying hard South Somerset.
